After over 40 years in operation, The Mexican Food Factory is preparing to permanently close its doors, as confirmed by the Evesham restaurant to Patch. Plans are underway for a cannabis dispensary to take the place of this long-standing family-owned establishment.

The restaurant’s final day of service is scheduled for December 30, marking the end of its tenure since opening in 1979.

Following an offer from a prospective cannabis enterprise to acquire The Mexican Food Factory and establish a dispensary at the location, the restaurant confirmed this development on June 29. However, operations continued until further notice at that time.
