
A Nordstrom Rack store is scheduled to open in Marlton next fall. The location will become the seventh store in the Philadelphia region. The 30,000-square-foot store will be located at Willow Ridge Plaza at Route 73 South and Ardsley Drive. The shopping center is owned and managed by Penn Group of Companies.
The new store will join several national retailers at the center, including Marshalls, Old Navy, Ulta, and Five Below. Additional tenants include Rally House, Skechers, Visionworks, OshKosh, and Carter’s.
Nordstrom Rack offers discounted apparel, shoes, accessories, and home goods. Discounts of up to 70 percent off Nordstrom prices are typically offered. Merchandise includes overstock items, previous-season products, and Rack-exclusive offerings. The concept serves as an entry point for new Nordstrom customers.
The Marlton location will be Nordstrom Rack’s second store in South Jersey. Another South Jersey location operates at Towne Place at Garden State Park in Cherry Hill. Additional regional stores are located throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware.
