According to Centennial, which manages the center, Solidcore and Tacoria have already opened at Marlton Square in Evesham Township, while Drybar is set to launch in October. Additionally, Federal Donuts is expected to open early next year, joining anchor Trader Joe’s and other tenants at 300 Route 73. The property now features new monument signage and white vinyl perimeter fencing, along with upgraded storefront benches, vibrant Adirondack chairs, decorative pole and sconce fixtures, rooftop lighting, exterior music, and revitalized landscaping.
