Developers plan a new McDonald’s on Route 73 in Marlton at the former OceanFirst Bank site. The project goes before the Zoning Board on December 15.

If approved, the restaurant will join PDQ Chicken and Panda Express along the busy corridor. The three restaurants will share direct access to the adjacent Target shopping center.

Across Route 73, a major retail center includes Rastelli Market Fresh, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, and additional national retailers.
